Verizon DSL in the (718) is stupid slow

I ran that Verizon speedtest and got

2M 3296.7Kbits 412.1KBytes

ran it again and got 2M 3508.8Kbits 438.6KBytes

edit again: 2M 3846.2Kbits 480.8KBytes

I cleared my cache and everything. That test does not even appear accurate. Now here is the funny part of the FAQ I just found:

: In an effort to improve the performance of this speedtest site for our customers, Access to the Verizon speedtest has been restricted to the Verizon Online customer accounts. You will not be able to access the Verizon speedtest when you're not on your Verizon Online account for instance; when connecting from AOL, from work, or a friend's home, or any place other than your Verizon access point

Too bad i'm in Canada!heh
 
Weird, thought it was just me! Im getting full speed right now, but recently, its been acting up quite a lot.
