I signed up for their automatic/online paperless billing service last year. For some reason from Jan to now they haven't been billing my account. I have been getting the emails all the while they've been charging my account accordingly.
So, this Fri eve, with no advance notice at all my phone service is gone.
So be wary of their automated billing service. I tried to contact someone from their website about it in the past with no response at all.
