Verizon cuts off my phone without notice

I signed up for their automatic/online paperless billing service last year. For some reason from Jan to now they haven't been billing my account. I have been getting the emails all the while they've been charging my account accordingly.

So, this Fri eve, with no advance notice at all my phone service is gone.

So be wary of their automated billing service. I tried to contact someone from their website about it in the past with no response at all.

Not if they send me emails stating not to respond to the email if I am part of the automated service and they are billing me.

I also would think they'd send a notice out before they shut off your service. 3mos is not that long, and it's their screw-up anyways.

so even though no money was leaving your account did you think they were magically being paid?

I never had a problem with Verizon but I did lose my phone recently and my only options were eBay or pay the full 200 for a new phone. Chose the former.
