My contract is almost up on my Razr. I'd like a phone with GPS as I don't always carry my Garmin with me.
Questions for those that use GPS on a phone:
1. How hard/much trouble is it to enter locations for directions?
2. Which phone do you have?
3. How are the PDA style phones with "keyboards?, too big and bulky?

TIA

EDIT
I downloaded the App from Verizon to try on my phone.
Using the keypad to enter info is a PITA.
Small screen is not so great too.

I've got a BB Pearl which has built in GPS, unfortunately Verizon has it locked down so that no 3rd party apps like Google Maps can access it. It only works when VZ Navigator ($10/mo) is running. I would imagine its similar with the other Verizon smart phones. :(

1. I don't know much about VZ Navigator and I'm not going to reward Verizon's lame tactics by paying for it. With a QWERTY kb its very easy to enter directions into Google Maps.
2. BB Pearl 8130
3. The Pearl is a great form factor, smaller than many regular cell phones, and fits in my pocket fine. The downside to the Pearl is the screen resolution of 240x260 vs the 320x240 resolution on the Curve. The Curve isn't that huge either, actually very close to the dimensions of the iPhone except not as long/tall.

VZ Navigator is crap. I signed up for it just to try it out and it is garbage. I've got the Pearl and it's just a little bit bigger than the Razr. Having the QWERTY keyboard makes it easy to enter information. Now if I could just figure out how to hack it to enable the internal GPS so I could fully utilize google maps.

howardforums.com is a great place to check out information on "hacking" phones.

I don't condone any sort of "hacking" though...of course ;)
