Get a droid DNA. I have one and I'm using it until I figure out how to root my htc one on 4.3.
It's an awesome phone not to mention it works on att and tmobile and it's one of the few Verizon phones that's fully unlocked. I've used it with an att SIM too and I got hspa speeds, you will get 4g lte on Verizon though.
