Verizon 4G Data - FCC Lawsuit - Still chargin for hotspot?

So what was the outcome of all that? I'm ordering some iPhones now and they still want $30 for mobile hotspot. I thought that the FCC put a stop to that, so I've asked a few different VZW reps about this situation with the FCC and they've all said "well, that's what the website says, so.... you can choose the share everything plan which includes hotspot" to which I respond that it's limited to 10 lines and we have a lot more than that, to which they say "Oh. Sorry, nothing we can do."
