Veritas Backup Exec 8 for NT Question

My company has had Backup Exec 7.3 for quite awhile now. Well we finally purchased 8.X and during the install everything goes fine except at the end. I reach that point and it doesn't give me the finished window. I then go to the Backup Exec Folder and the files all end up removed as if I cancelled the install. I have Advanced Server licenses and everything is running fine on the servers (Mainly Dell 6300's) Anyone have any Idea's? This happens both if I try to Uninstall 7.3 and then install 8.X or if I try to upgrade over the current 7.3.

I have not seen this problem, but call veritus support...
They are very helpful and will take the time to fix it with you...
I have call them many times myself
