Verifying DMI Poot Data Freezes after installing Promise Ultra66

I just installed a Promise Ultra66 controller onto my MSI 6119 (440BX) Motherboard along with a new Quantum Fireball AS 60BG Hard Drive. My computer freezes at "Verifying DMI Pool Data" whenever I boot. I've tried resetting my PCI settings and moving the Promise card to different PCI slots but no luck. Any ideas?
