Verify: Radeon 9100 power needs?

Hi, can someone please verify for me that does a ATI/Sapphire Radeon 9100 need a 300w psu?

many people keep telling me yes and no, now i want to here from a pro video forum.

ps. I only have 250w(InWin), can i still use this? or otherwise i need to consider FX5200
 
I would say with the machine you have you shouldn't have a problem running a 9100 with a 250watt psu. I have a friend with a 1.4t-Bird, 512MB ddr, DFI board running 2 roms 4 case fans and a Gainward gf4 TI-4200 on a 250watt generic no prob for about 2 years now.

Might want to chech TomsHardware's psu review to see how much juice your inwin is pushing just in case.
