I think it has something to do with Texashiker spiking Michael's Jesus juice ;)

Is he going to get probation?

Afterall.. only a sick individual has a doctor on staff to keep them sedated at all times.

Without jury nullification (that is, the jury acting based on their emotions rather than the facts and law presented to them), there was no way Dr. Murray wouldn't be convicted. He is guilty as hell.

I cannot believe this occupied about 70% of the 24 hour news cycle for the past few weeks. I could not care less.

In a way, I feel sorry for the doc.

Who is to say Michaels heart was not going to give out from the stress at anytime? And Conrad just happened to be in the wrong place and at the wrong time.

It appears to me that Michael had some issues, and it was just a matter of time before something bad happened.

I heard on NPR today that the good doctor made $150,000 as MJ's private physician...per month. And he had no other patients. If you're going to mess up a gig like that, you probably weren't a good doctor to begin with and I don't feel any pity for you.

The guy was basically no different than a crack dealer. Selling drugs illegally to people who should not have them. He might actually be worse, because through his education he should know better.

I heard taking Propofol is "Bad" for you, it could have "Dangerous" consequences. It's has a list of victims in it's "History". ^_^

This will just drive up the cost of private drug dispensers for the rich and powerful; who will of course transfer the cost to their medical insurance who will transfer the cost to all customers.

So everyone loses with this verdict. Doesn't make it the wrong verdict mind you; doctors should not let their patients dictate their own medication. (Haven't followed the details of the case, but I'm assuming that's what happened)

Yep, no one else shares any responsibility in his death except good ole doctor feel good.

Kind of sad that none of his family, hangerson's, or friends if he really had any, intervined in his obviously deep addiction.

For some reason, since I never liked any of Michael Jackson's music or him personally, it touched me how pathetic of an existance he had. I mean, you are completely gone, if you need an anestetic to be able to sleep.

No way diprivan should ever be given in a situation like that. Ever.

I can see a good chance of this trial being challenged in a higher court. This is a long way to go to keep from paying the Doctor's bill. It can be bad for you to take asprin or viagra, but people still do it.
