I was wondering if anyone on this forum ever disassembled 1 of these usb drive enclosures, i need to get my dive out cause i have been having power issues now my drive wont spin up and is not recognized in window s. had this drive for a few years had nothing but trouble , it only worked on certain computers with 3.0 usb enabled, otherwise i would get power issues from others , don't know, i want my disc drive out so i can put it in my PC to see if
i can get my shit off it i hope so i have a lot of stuff on it...hers a pic of the enclosure its a Verbatim SNS2TB Store 'n' Save 2 Terabyte

not sure how to get it open no screws so im guessing it pops open somehow, i don't like pulling and bending on stuff i like to know correct procedure .. any help will be greatly appreciated ,i contacted verbatim but no reply yet...

Hello friend,
I have seen your request that was posted on Feb 2015, asking how to open the verbatim hard drive. Did you find anything yet? Where you able to pop it open somehow? I have similar problem with exact same drive. Please let me know if you ever get a response or whatever.

I would like to open my same hard drive too; it has clicking problem since I had it fell few months ago. Couldn't open it so far. Thanks again.
