In reference to VEPA and VNtag, I read the following statement on an HP article "Server-to-network edge technologies: converged networks and virtual I/O":
"EVB implemented with VN-Tag and traditional VEB cannot coexist in virtualized servers as with theVEPA with Multichannel technology."
Can someone explain this please? In the diagrams on the same document, I saw a depiction of a VEB and VEPA in the same physical server.
