Ventrilo Crashing, WoW and WC3 Errors

I have:

E6300
2x1GB G.Skill DDR2 667 RAM
ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA mobo

My Ventrilo will randomly give me those "Not Responding" things and won't close. I can't end process, and I can't shut down. I have to do it manually.

In WC3 and WoW, I get 0xC0000005 errors constantly.

I have reformatted already..any suggestions are greatly appreciated
 
do you get the errors at the same time as the the not responding?
What is your ping on vent?


The error is a memory access violation and is more then likely a malware/adware problem. Can also be bad ram or something wrong in the programs. and since oyu said you reforamtted im gonna go with bad RAM.
