Venting holes in side of case = LOTS of dust inside?

I have an Antec KS282 and the side panels have many many holes on it. Should I be worried about dust accumulation and have to dust the innards every month or so? I have one fan in front and one in back. Will the air flow vent the dust that comes in too?

I have a case that has a lot of tiny lil vent holes on the sides. When I open it after say, a fortnight of use, I see that along each hole, there is a small dust spot the size of the hole, along the case. I gently blow the dust away using a vacuum cleaner at the lowest air setting, taking care to keep the nozzle at least 2 feet away. I guess some or more of the dust that is sucked in from the fans is retained within the case.

easiest solution for dust is either to filter your intake fans or
if you still have dust get a can of compressed air, couple of bucks
at walmart
