I had to move my washer and dryer to another location of the house. Where it is now I cannot vent the dryer unless I run the vent 25 feet with 4 bends using rigid duct work. I fear this is to long with the 4 bends. Does anyone have any experience with these. You use water inside of to capture the lint. It is sold all over and is approved for code.

Vent it into your bedroom, it will keep you warm at night.

Edit-I take no responsibility if you are actually dumb enough to do this. :p

Unventing a dryer introduces a lot of moisture in the living space. Definitely not recommended if it's a gas dryer because this increases CO2 levels, decreases O2 levels and can produce deadly CO if the O2 levels drop too low (<15%) due to insufficient make up air.

Best bet is a long run with a draft inducing fan to help.

The big issue is you are blowing all the hot air plus its water into your room. If you need the heat all the time, may be OK. But in summer it's not going to be tolerable. The hot air is saturated with water vapor from the clothes, so as it cools it wants to drop out liquid condensed water. That is where the water in the box comes from. You don't add it as a dust trap - it condenses from the air as it cools slightly flowing through the box. That means you have to drain the water as well as clear out the lint. Now, is your house always 'way too dry? Can you use a lot of added humidity at all times of the year? That's what this will do - add heat and high humidity every time you use it.

AS Rubycon said, note this is ONLY for use with an electric dryer.

Only truly insatiable nymphomaniacs with a serious size fetish need that much that often.
