Venice with HT @ 800MHZ or 1000MHZ?

Hey all,

I'm looking to setup a system similar to Anandtech's Venice overclocking guide with a DFI motherboard and Athlon 64 3000+ or maybe 3200+.

Is there any real world performance difference between going 800 mhz or 1000mhz HT on the CPU?

Thanks for the help, my searches didn't get me the answers.
