Venice Motherboard Compatibility

MonarchComputer has the following warning on their Venice order page:

NOTE: In order for Motherboard to POST with this CPU, the lastest BIOS NEEDS to be installed.

I just purchased a VNF4 Ultra from newegg with the hopes of buying a Venice. I'd like to know if it supports the processor out of the box, or if I would have to find a Winchester to boot and flash the bios first. Thanks for your help.
 
Most likely, it will run with the venice CPU on the bios it comes with, but you will have to flash to the new bios for it to recognize the Venice CPU as a Venice and set the settings appropriately.
