Venice 3500+ good OC??

I have a venice 3500+ 939 im going to put into a new system on Saturday, I booted it on another system and it said the stepping was E3.

I heard that was the best for OC,

However on the Screen shots some people had DH-E3, mine is only E3, is it the same chip and will it OC just as well?
 
No guarantee with overclocking. It would be reasonable to expect 2.4GHz. Perhaps 2.6GHz if you have a good chip/setup.

maybe because a lot more people have them so there is a bigger pool of overclockers to draw results from.
