Well just looking at the numbers I would say AMD and its sometimes partner IBM had more negative satisfactions and INtel and it croonies (cough**DELL**cough) had a positive upswing....

I would say it looks like most have negative feelings aournd the first of the year..wonder why!!!

NIce to see so many are unsatisified wth Dell as well...

Seems like a pretty meaningless article to me, but hey, what do I know? I'm just an end-user. The terms used are so vague that they convey no real information.

That's a channel reseller survey which has little to do with end user satisfaction, especially on a board like this. There's a whole lot of things that go into that survey such as product margins, channel programs, ease of returns or doing business, and support. Take it with a grain of salt..
