I believe it to be beneficial to forum traffic and post space that a Forum or thread be made to contain a list of Vendors, shipping agreements and other stuff.
Im from the UK and I find it difficult to get help with some problems. I can get good suggestions from other users, mainly US and I cannot find these products in the UK. I have a list of about 20-25 UK suppliers and that contains some of the best from our country and sometimes, I cannot even get close to what is suggested. If I cannot find an item in the UK, its hard to get a response from someone else in the UK. I mean, I know of only 1 vendor selling ThermalRight stuff in the UK and we pay easily double over the US. I think it would be a good idea that we have some sort of vendor list for the minority groups. Once compiled, it shouldnt take much to keep clean. This could also be a helpful utility for US people as well. I dont know how good Pricewatch.com is but if its as good as Pricewatch.co.uk then you need help.
I cant think of much else to add on this topic. Worst problem I can think of is probably a problem with the FS/FT Forum, with Resellers or stores trying to get their own advertising in. However, rough must be taken with smooth to provide a service some times.
Opinions welcome. I look forward to reading replies.
