Velodyne VX-10 or Infinity Entra Subwoofer?

Well,
I am poor and I am looking at subwoofers. Any of you guys have experience with either? I can' find reviews. One thing that is nice is the Entra has 5 year parts & labor warranty(compared to the Velodyne 2) and is $15 cheaper. Any help?

Um, I don't really have any advice for you but I'm a little curious. 6ave.com has the Velodyne VX-10 for $148 so where were you able to find the Infinity Entra for $15? And it's always possible I just made up your mind for you.

I am not familar with those specific models.
But Velodyne has always made kick ass subs.

Agreed. A guy in my dorm freshman year bought a 12" Velodyne and that thing hit. Could feel/hear it on the entire 2nd floor of Owen Hall.

I'd recommend a Hsu VTF-2 or a SVS 25-31 PCi

My budget unfortunetly is $200 at most. The Entra was $135 and the Velodyne being rougly $150. Unfortunetly the Entra won't be in stock until later this week, any suggestions in that range?

I second what he said.

Save your money and buy a real sub.

I have an SVS 25-31PCi tuned to 22Hz. This sub will literally shake your room. Each time I demo material or watch a new DVD, I am smiling @ the end. The subsonic waves hit my couch and shake the hell out of it, very nice stuff imo.

Oh yeah, PE also just recently introduced a new line of pre-made sub boxes...I think they were fairly pricey, but no construction, very solid build, good value.
