Velocity 100 and win2k

I'm using the V3 drivers for Win2k on my velocity, but my card gets VERY hot, too hot to touch. What utils do I use to check/change the clock speed. I don't want to have to add more cooling to the card. Anyone else had experience of this?

I'm using the card with W98 and the heatsink runs very hot. Adding cooling is simple enough. You can attach a fan to the heatsink easily and even oc and still stay fairly cool.

How do you do the reg hack under W2K??? The location where it was under 98 isn't there anymore!
