Okay. I am just putting the finishing touches on an all hand made steel case. I'll be posting pics of this pretty soon. Now, I need to mount the hard drive and floppy (both are internal, as in, you won't see the floppy on the outside) and I'm thinking of going the velcro route. I've never heard of anyone using velcro, so I dont' know it it's safe. I plan on having the drives contact the steel somehow (for grounding purposes I guess), but will otherwise probably be mounted right on the bottom with the velcro strips. Anyone see any potential problems with using velcro?
Thanks.

Double Post.. oops..

I'd make sure if you do use it to buy good quality stuff cuz the cheaper stuff's sticker backing wears out when it gets warm..

Hey thanks. Good to know. I'm still not 100% on the velcro, but I think it would be way convenient. I mean, my antec case has removable hard drive racks, but velcro!!! I mean, you need to swap a drive or something...... riiiiiiiiiiiiip .. done.

Still though, if I have time (this is due tomorrow or thursday, not too much more shop time) I will make some kind of simple removable rack/s out of angle stock.
