The Hummer H2 and H3 are two different vehicles, yet they are grouped together to take the top spot on the "bad" list. However the Scions are listed separately and still manage to take THREE of the top ten positions.

Hmm.

Also, two Mercedes models are listed separately in the top ten. If they were combined (like the Hummers) wouldn't they be #1?

So half of the top ten most ticketed vehicles are either MBs or Scions! I guess that headline wouldn't be as good -- "Scion Drivers Think Rule the Road".

It don't say it in the article, but they could be tied.

BTW, I drive a Toyota Solara, which is # 5 or 6 on the list, depending on how you look at it.
