I'm heading to Vegas this weekend Friday, Saturday and leaving Sunday afternoon. During the days I will be busy but at night I don't really have any set plans.

Anyone suggest some good shows or what to see and do? I'm thinking of magic show or possibly Vegas exclusive show.

BTW: Not looking to get drunk off my butt or gamble more than a few hundred bucks. Looking for actual entertainment that Vegas offers. :)

For "real" vegas entertainment, a couple of hundred bucks requires you to hang out at the bus terminal...

Seriously, there is no end of entertainment and you should be able to figure out what is available inside of 5 minutes of arriving by talking to the concierge.

Celine Dion is HUGE with this forum. Go to her show and come back here and let us know how you liked it. ;)

The Riviera has a good comedy show you might be able to hit up. Its kind of late to be trying to book a show though. I'm not sure of the temperature out there right now but the strip is full of free entertainment at TI and the Belagio fountains not to mention the great club scene.

I actually live here in Vegas and have seen that show. Believe it or not it's actually pretty good. It's not just her running around on stage. There's tons of dancers and props. The whole concert lays out as a story and it's quite entertaining. Expensive though.

Lap Dances, lots and lots of lap dances!

Seriously, there's lots of great food to eat, and the drinks are really unique from everywhere else, and they are worth trying (Kahunaville @ TI, Star Trek @ Marriot).

If you want to get away from Vegas, check out the Red Rocks Canyon, something different, and not that far away.

My husband and I are going to be in Vegas this weekend, too! :) We are staying at the Westin Casuarina.

The last time we were in Vegas, we went to see two comedy shows: Hypnolarious and Hypnosis Gone Wild. Both were mildly entertaining, but we wouldn't have gone if we hadn't gotten to see (and participate!) both shows for only $15.

This weekend, we are going to The Sopranos "Last Supper" show, the Fashionistas show, and The Crazy Girls show.

We've seen "O" at the Bellagio twice, "Mystere" once, and would like to see "Ka" and "Zumanity" at some point, but we are all Cirque-d out at the moment.

Neither of us drink either, so we will be going for the fine dining and entertainment. :) I will be trying my best to stay away from the tables this weekend since I just bought 13 pairs of shoes in one sitting! :Q

Go see KA at the MGM.
The best Cirque du Soleil I've seen so far.
Pretty cool high tech props there.

"O" and Mystere are also pretty cool.
