Don't know. I use the shuttles. Cost me about $20 round trip.

Not much. Airport is very close to the strip. ~$10 IIRC.

I've taken the Limo and the shuttle, and pooling in the limo was cheaper than shuttle. If its only a couple of you, just take the shuttle. Cab will run you about $20

I live just off the strip on Koval. It costs me 10 bucks plus tip. So halfway up the strip would cost you about 10 with good traffic.

Depends, the driver can get on the interstate and whip a ways down before cutting over to the strip, or he can get directly on the strip and spend 30 minutes sitting in traffic if you catch the lights.

if you need to ask how much cab fare it is from the airport to the strip in vegas then you do not need to go there. seriously, go make some more money.

It was $20 for me, but I stayed at Circus Circus. I had a cool cabbie, too, who was telling me all the cool stuff that I should see.
