Vector Energy Bar - Berry Burst

This is my average day in terms of meals:

6:30 - Breakfast
10:00 - (Vector Energy Bar?)
11:30 - Lunch
2:00 - (Vector Energy Bar?)
5:00 - Dinner
8:00 - last meal (vector Energy Bar?)

I haven't actually had 3 bars each day, usually just one, but they are so convenient, would it be bad to eat 3 bars a day? Should I look for some other alternative to vary things up each day?

I don't want to eat a bunch of them and end up getting fat from them. They're very tasty!

just don't eat big breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, and you should be fine. many people do very well off of small meals with healthy snacks in between.

I guess what I'm wondering is, are these considered "healthy"?

9g protein
34g carbs
4.5g fat

I just had one this morning and I could barely finish it. It doesn't taste good to me at all... but why not eat real berries? 😀
