I am retuning my old rig, Q6700 on P5W DH Deluxe.
It is now stable at 3,3GHz @ 1.3625v (all other voltage at Auto).
The problem is that I noticed a huge vdroop.
Idle volt is ~1.33 (spiking 1.305-1.35).
Load volt is ~1.29 (spiking 1.27-1.315).

Is this normal or that would be signs of old age?

Looks fine. I've seen some pretty severe vdroop on Asus boards, my own P5LD2-VM vdroops about .1-.15.

No issues Prime stable with my overclocked C2D E6600 @ 3.15GHz 1.3875v vcore in bios, 1.232-1.296v under load in CPU-Z. The P5LD2-VM has very limited overclocking options and is a basic mATX board at best. If your board has Load Line Calibration I would enable that to regulate the vcore. If not but you're stable I wouldn't worry about it.

Degradation moreso falls in line with a CPU requiring additional vcore over time to remain stable at a given speed. Keep your temps low and as long as your system performs normally all is well and you'll be fine.
