VCSDRAM worth the extra couple of bucks?

Multiwave ha 128 PC133 Corsair Value and VCSRAM. The VC is 30 more dollars. Is it worth it? is it good stuff?
 
It's only supported by a few chipsets. Make sure yours is compatible. I think most recent VIA chipsets are but not the Intels.
