VCSDRAM or HSDRAM for P3V4X? Or just stick with SDRAM?

Are the first 2 worth getting....if so, which one and where do you order it?

Stick with regular SDRAM.

The price premium that you pay for Virtual Channel and HS DRAM are not worth the performance increase (if any). We did a few tests some years ago and found that VCSDRAM and HSDRAM were faster in some situations and slower in others, with basically no net increase.

I doubt that you would be able to find these types of RAM now.
