Vcr to pc to dvd

My boss called with this problem , he wants to connect his vcr to his pc and convert the vhs tape to a dvd . How can this be done ?
 
have him get this if he just wants to do a direct copy of a vhs tape to dvd.


if he wants to edit the film and add menus, etc, he can get this. That's what I have and it works great. it also has a hardware encoder so it reduces CPU usage.
