VCR to MPEG Video Capture Card...

I would like to convert some bits and pieces from some of my VHS tapes to MPEG and put them on CD's. Any recommendations as to what is a good PCI Card to buy and use for this (under $200).

Note: I recently got a VoodooTV 200 and have had nothing but problems (won't capture video, sound won't work etc).

Almost any TV card should work...such as the ATI TV Wonder...if you want a video card also, you can get the AIW Radeon or AIW Rage 128 Pro. The TV Wonder works well for me for capturing, quality is pretty good.
