I'd like to find info or links for physically modifying a mobo to obtain (or bump) to CPU voltage for O/C stability.
Specifically, I have a Tyan S-1854 Trinity 400 that works just fine - but I also have a couple of C700's that will do 1050 Mhz on Abit boards (at default voltage). Unfortunately, they just won't do the dance on the Tyan - at the 83 Mhz FSB BIOS setting, I get errors; and at 100 Mhz FSB, the system will post, but it locks up loading WinXP Pro.
Info on BIOS hacks would also be appreciated.
Thanks for any help or suggestions.
