Vcore problem with Epox 4G4A+

I'm having Vcore problem with the Epox 4G4A+ and P4 2.26B. Firstly, the real Vcore is always 0.2~0.4V lower than what is set in the BIOS. Secondly, at full load, it drops even further, up to 0.1V below the Vcore at idle !
I've tried 2 PSU's. The first one was a Topower 400W. The one I'm using now is an Antec TruePower 480W. I still have the same problem.

Is this a result of the lack of the 4-pin 12V plug ?

As a result of the unstable Vcore, my 2.26B overclocks like sh** on this board and does much better on other ones, like the Gigabyte 8IGX or Abit BD7-II.

Does anyone have this problem ? 🙁
 
Happens to my Abit BG7 too. It is normal for it to drop as the processor starts diverting juice. Not sure at what point it is
considered a problem. I had to up my voltage to get good clocks because they wouldn't hold when loaded.

I have that problem also, it drops to the point where my games gives me errors or lockup. Now i'm running prime 95 to help me determine whats the prob. So far so good at vcore 1.8 at bios, in windows it idles about 1.78, under load its at 1.70. So far its passing prime at 2 hours.
 
while I am positive the CPUv voltages due fluctuate on the Epox 4G4A+ motherboard, as mine personal have about a 0.16v range, the initial 4/24 BIOS reports all voltages too high in the BIOS itself compared with what Motherboard Monitor 5 and Epox's own USDM program show (which is confirmed by trying out the 6/17 BIOS, which reads similarly to MBM5 and USDM).

btw: it is NOT due to a lack of a 12v connector, and this board is NOT a poor overclocker, as my perfectly stable under any and every circumstance P4-1.6a and PC2700 (DDR333) @ 2.4GHz and DDR375 setup shows...
