VCore & DDR Volts.... When ?

Ok my new rig all set up and ready to run heres the situation....

Asus P4S533 - Totally standard ( No Dips or Jumpers moved )
1.8a - Running at default vcore (1.5v) - 133 fsb giving 2.4Ghz ( 40 oC idle)
256 DDR2700 ( Single sided ) ( 2.5v )
GF4 Ti200 ( 305/550 )
WD800JB

So its running 2.4Ghz straight out of the box with no voltage adjustments.

3D2001SE = 9800's

If i crank up the fsb to say 145 alls still well even with vcore at 1.5 and looks stable enough. However when i run 3D2001SE it reboots and is not happy ;-(

So my question.. whats wrong ? Should i wind up the core voltage ? even though the bios says vcore is 1.503 ish
Should i move some jumpers on the Mobo - To up the VCore or DDR voltage ( 2.5-2.7-2.9 available ) ?

I cant work it out - i think the CPU has loads left in it ( it passes the POST with default vcore at 2.62 Ghz! )
Also will the overclock hurt my HD ? Got some strange results from the GFX and HD when clocked at 2.62 )

Can anyone help ........ Please .....
