Vcore - BIOS, CPUZ/HWMonitor report different voltages

I have a Q6600(G0 stepping/VID: 1.2875v) that I am overclocking to 3.2GHz(8x mult x 400MHz). In the BIOS I selected Vcore of about 1.32, but CPUZ and HWMonitor show a lower value of 1.29v. Should I trust BIOS value over what's reported from CPUZ/HWMonitor?

I have loadline calibration turned OFF in BIOS. Should this be turned on when overclocking? There also appears to be a little Vdroop with this board when stressing with Prime95. Using above voltage, it will go down to 1.26v when stressed, but it was stable for 24 hours.
