VCool detects CPU 5C and System 32C!

I have ECS K7S5A motherboard and AMD XP1800+. I just installed VCool a software to cool CPU. It reads CPU 5C and System 32C! I use SiSoftware Sandra to get the motherboard infor. It also shows Board Temp 5C, CPU 32C, Power/Aux Temp 49C. I thought System temp 32C and CPU temp 49C sound more realiztic. What maybe wrong here?
