Please keep it bumped. Thanks.

This has been my favorite utilities suite for Windows ever since Mijenix came out with it over 5 years ago. It has been passed thru three sets of hands since then and is now in the Avanquest camp. I normally wouldn't recommend dealing with a company based in France, but this product is worth it. Rebate offer is good thru Dec. 31st, 2006 !

Link to Amazon offer: SS6

Info link: SS6 info

Enjoy!

. Oh, do not pass go and do not collect $200. but go directly to the page where you can upgrade the free version of Power Desk that comes with SS6 and upgrade it to Power Desk Pro. You'll never go back to Windows Explorer or any of your other tools that PDPro can replace. Here's the link to the PowerDesk Pro page I'd go so far as to call them and ask if you could trade your rebate SS6 for the upgrade to PD Pro. I think ghe price of the upgrade is $20. .bh.

I'm not sure about version 6 (I bought it but haven't installed it yet), but the antivirus that came with earlier versions (5 and earlier) seems to work forever, unlike Norton etc. where it expires after a year...That's a big plus!

Bump. Repaired error in OP. Rebate is good thru 2006!

IDK how long amazon will hold the current price and free shipping.

I got my copy today and it's the full-sized box, NOT the mass-market edition in the compact box. Not that what's inside is any different. Based on a sticker on the front offering a different $20. "competitive" rebate, I harbored hopes of coming out $$$s ahead, but only for a moment. Turns out, the link goes to the same form and they will accept only one of them per customer. Shucks!
