i had a friend ask me today about VCD Recorders. I first thought he was asking how to convert like digital camcorder things to VCD's on computers, as i've never heard of these. He told me he had a friend tell him that its' not widespread, that stores don't carry it, but its available in asian markets and such. Anyone know anything about these? I don't even know what exactly its supposed to do, I guess record video's in a VCD format already so no conversion is necessary?
