Dont just give me a link to the vcdhelp.com or whatever it is. Ok I want to burn some episodes of a show to vcd with menus and chapters. Any program is fine.
 
Why would we retype literature that is already available that you're too lazy to look for.

BTW: link 😛 sorry, but there is tons of guides there for many programs.

Ok look. I have 10 Episodes of a show.I need a Menu able to select any one of the ten episodes. Thats all. Also what resolution is best for a tv. How can I resize an mpeg?
 
I don't know why you don't want a link to vcdhelp because right there, in the FAQ section (who would've thought?), are Q&As to a bunch of programs that let you create menus on a VCD.

But since you don't want a link to vcdhelp, I won't provide one. Go find it yourself. 😛

unless there is a specific part of the faq on vcdhelp you're having trouble with.. that's different..
