I was trying to make VCDs today but i couldn't . My problem is that when i used smartripper or a equivalent, it would always lock up. I have Windows XP w/ 384 RAM and a pent III 600mHz. am i running outta processing or is there something up. any help would be appreciated
 
does the os lock up or is it the application? do you have to do a manual reboot or can you just kill the program?
 
I have an AMD 500 MHz machine with 256 MB of RAM, but I can successfully make VCDs with Nero.
It will convert almost any format to the needed format.
