VC&G spammer the other day was sometimes using unicode characters that look like regular letters to humans, but not to computers. There are a huge number of combinations possible, between regular letters and those special letters, so they couldn't all be blocked.so if for example, chinaproduct.com asks their employees to spam AT, you don't need to manually ban every account, just ban that phrase once.
It might make sense to block certain Korean phrases, though. Like, say, "casino". But I don't know how many Korean euphemisms they might come up with.
