Error message when you try to open mcafee security center.

Mcafee Security Center cannot perform the requested operation successfully
Msg: Library not registered
Url://C:\PROGRA~1\Mcafee.com\Agent\scui.dll::MCdash.htm?AppID=Line no 38
Also it won't let me uninstall Mcafee.
this is the error I get when I try and uninstall.

This all happened when my step-dad was trying to update mcafee. He said it wasn't letting him but when I got to the computer an auto-update was installing and mcafee had this error. I don't know what he did... please help...
