"vbat" too high?

whenever i open up hardware doctor for my Nf7-S, it gives me a warning about the Vbat being too high (like .1 over the limit)
what does this mean? do i have to worry about it? <- i just hit disable everytime this comes up

also, how am i supposed to mount a vantec stealth 80mm version onto an SLk-800 (the one without mounting holes), i just jammed it between the opposite up fin sides, what are those weird metal thingys they include also?
