VBA Help (requiring a username and password)

I need to create a MS Access 2007 database that upon double clicking the icon, requires a username and password (stored in a table in the same database project) to login. Could someone maybe point me in the right direction to get started?

Later on down the line, would be based on who logged in, they can only view certain tables, based on their login rights.
