VB.net question - SOLVED

I did a re-install of windows. Installed Visual Basic.net and then coppied my projects into the visual studeo 2005 folder in my documents. I opened VB and when to open my project. It opened fine but it gets an error saying "Unable to find mainifest signing certificate in the certificate store. Any Ideas????
