OK guys this is 100% true and it was reported by numerous news sources.

They have apartments for high ranking priests in it. "According to the Independent, the 76-year-old 'prince of the church' enjoys a 12-room apartment on the first-floor of his magnificent palazzo"
What does a 76 year old cardinal who swore poverty need with a 12 room apartment on one of the most fancy streets in Rome, above the biggest gay club in Europe. This news broke as they closed the door for the conclave. If anyone has pics from this building and club pleas post.

Lets be factual shall we? According to the article: "has purchased a $31 million share of the Rome apartment block that houses Europe’s biggest gay sauna."

it sounds like they purchased a share of a neighborhood or some huge building and not specifically a gay bath house.

It looks like if you are a retired cardinal you buy a huge apartment right above a gay club so you can enjoy your retirement. If you don't want to raise suspicions you just buy a share of the whole block just in case wink wink. I totally believe in the articles about the gay cabal in the Vatican now.

and as far as the cardinal "

It's a huge building. Stretches miles. It's so big the prelates had no idea at all there was a rocking gay sauna in it.

I kinda feel sorry for gay people. What happens if their number one enemy turns out to be the largest gay organization on the planet? Hello, conflict.

priests don't takes vows of poverty, just for the record.

(well, some do, but only certain orders of the priesthood)

I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that a 76 year-old man wasn't planning on hitting the Rome gay scene, especially with the world's media focused on the city right now.

I'm not saying he's a saint, but really... I'd have to assume that anyone of above-average intelligence wouldn't plan on hitting the gay scene in a major metropolitan area where everyone can see him and take his picture with their iPhone to sell to one of the hundreds of reporters in the city right now.

especially a 76 year-old guy. he'd stick out like a sore thumb (hell, anyone over 40 sticks out at a gay club)

That is why he bought an apartment above a gay club so gay man walking in and out of the building wouldn't be suspicious.

It also looks like you are not up on the latest new there have been many arrest in Rome of priests procurring male prostitutes. One was arrested for getting prostitutes for a cardinal. I don't care if the cardinal want to live above a gay club or not but he shouldn't be a priest and he shouldn't be preaching pray the gay away.


I also think that the bigger issue here that a priest from India a country where 96% of people don't have access to a toilet at the age of 76 needs a 12 room apartment.

He is a massive hypocrite on all fronts, and so is the church.
Do you think that when Vatican bought into these buildings they didn't know that there was a gay club there?

The real estate agent for the Vatican didn't notice, the banker for the Vatican didn't notice, and the cardinal himself didn't know that the space below him was a "den of sin" oh.. and all his priest friends that came to visit him didn't notice.

I'm sure he also has a servant and a secretary, he must use the 12 rooms for something.

What the fuck is a 'gay sauna'? Is 'buttfuckhouse' (German: buttenfuckenhausen) taken?

Their failed attempt at slyness implies I can go to a regular sauna and bang women. That offends me.

THIS! I really don't get why they can't just get married. Not allowing it just causes more issues, such as them wanting to be gay, or getting the urge to do extra curricular activities with the altar boys.
