i have radeon 9700pro

sometimes when im watching a dvd or watching a movie file in windows media player, the picutre has a pinkish tint to it, what is causing this?

when updating drivers, do i hvae to uninstall the first ones or do i just overwrite them

 
It's best to uninstall the existing drivers and control panel before installing the newer ones.

Regarding the pink hue, couldn't tell you. Don't have that problem with either my 9700 Pro or 128mb R8500. I use PowerDVD 4.0 XP for DVDs and WMP for every else.
