Hi, I was wondering what the acceptable variance in the voltages for a PSU is....

like... for the 12V, 5V, 3.3V and VCORE... I'm trying to figure out if there's a problem with my PSU or not... THanks~!

As long as it's stable, usually a decimal, to a decimal & a half is acceptable.

+/-5% is the ATX specified standard. If it stays between these it shouldn't be a problem. Since these voltages are delivered to capacitors which always gives the same voltage to the motherboard.
