Variable Cost of Flash Storage to the OEM? How much $ per GB

So ignoring the fixed cost of owning foundries and developing nodes. What is the variable cost of making flash memory now at various nodes at various qualities? (TLC, MLC, SLC)

Also ignoring things such as spare area, and the quality of the memory (I know flash memory is binned and some memory gets better endurance and has better performance.)

Ignoring Yields

In other words how cheap is flash memory to the brand itself (intel/crucial/toshiba/samsung/sandisk/sk hynix etc.) How many GBs can you get per 300mm wafer if you had 100% yield?

Where d is the diameter of the wafer (i.e. 300mm) and S is the die size.

E.g. for Micron's 16nm 128Gbit MLC NAND that yields 357.92 dies per wafer, i.e. 5,726.73GB.
