Vapor cooling for northbridge?

Anybody know if there's a vapor-cooler unit that does anything besides the CPU (particularly the northbridge chipset or the RAM)? Or can you mod a Vapochill or Mach II to focus on something else?

I think I saw in that THG video (P4 @ 5GHz) that they had a seperate Vapochill/Prometia for the NB itself and they attached it using zip ties , but I'm not sure. Other than that, I'm not aware of any phase change coolers solely for the NB, it wouldn't be cost effective.

I think people that think they need it should have vapochilling for their brains.
